With deep industry knowledge and 34 years of experience, Andrew is passionate about protecting American families by making the process of purchasing much-needed protection products faster and easier, and has built a long and successful career around this passion.Prior to joining Insurance Supermarket, Andrew hired and managed the wholesaling team for Breeze and prior to that spent 5 years leading brokerage distribution and strategy for Legal & General America. He previously held various distribution leadership roles, having lead BSMG's Institutional Markets growth strategy and overseeing the Vive term life drop-ticket platform, and spent the prior 10 years with Genworth Financial’s Life Brokerage Division as Senior Vice President, Producer Group Channel Leader. Andrew started his insurance career as an agent for Prudential in Pennsylvania, before transferring to Germany for 4 years as Business Manager/Field Director of Prudential Preferred’s European Agency.During his more than three decades in the insurance industry, Andrew has won numerous awards and recognitions, and has been passionate about giving back to both the industry and his local community currently serving as a Board Member of the NAILBA Charitable Foundation with previous roles on the Board of the Society of Financial Services Professionals, Education Chairman of the European LUA, Board Member of the March of Dimes Central Virginia Chapter, founding Board Member of Regents School of Charlottesville, and a Student Mentor for the Be a Mentor Program.Andrew attended Penn State University and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Economics with a minor in Business Administration. He also earned his CLU and ChFC designations from the American College, and the CLTC and LTCP.Andrew lives in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina (Charleston) with his wife Eileen and their dogs Milo and Ruby. He has three grown children, Michaela, Shannon and Ian, and Elsie, their "grand-doggy".
