Offering training in First Aid, Mental Health in the Workplace, Health and Safety, Fire Safety and Safeguarding. Providing courses to business, schools and families. Making people more confident and the world safer!Sparrowhawk Training Services have recently become providers of the Citizen Aid Courses, these teach members of the public how to deal with major trauma incidents before the arrival of the Emergency Services such as Terror Attacks, Stabbings, Shootings or car accidents. These courses are available to school children, members of public and workforces. We support the aim of Citizen Aid, that all members of the public should know what to do in an emergency incident.We provide Mental Health in the Workplace Training, these level 1, 2 and 3 courses provide information to employees, warning signs to look out for in colleagues, ways of helping colleagues and mechanisms for workplaces to support employees.

Sparrowhawk Leisure, including Archery Adventures, offer outdoor activities across Suffolk. As the owner manager I have ultimate responsibility for everything from running activity sessions to recruiting staff and everything in between!I facilitate people getting in to nature and enjoying the great outdoors. This is done by offering introduction activities such as Archery and Axe Throwing along with education and training to allow people to thrive outside.I offer a personal, tailored experience to many different groups, these include young people taking part in Forest School, schools engaging in enrichment activities, members of the public taking part in have a go activites and training other outdoor practitioners.If you would like Sparrowhawk Leisure to run a corporate event, school experience day or enrichment activities for young people get in touch!

During my time as a Police Constable I have been involved in long term investigations, I have developed skills in communication and interviewing of victims, witnesses and suspects. I have helped people suffering from poor mental health, ongoing crisis and prior trauma. As a TASER STO I was first on scene for a number of high risk incidents requiring high levels of communication, risk management and delivering aid to any injured parties.
