‍Psystem is a virtual health and wellness firm based in Saskatoon. Psystem's goal is to support communities that have historically faced barriers in society and to offer our services through safe and secure digital services. Oversight around the organization's grassroots development, financing, marketing, branding, partnership development and talent acquisition.

I have participated in the development and planning of the University of Saskatchewan's College of Graduate & Postdoctoral Studies' Grad HUB Onboarding Platform so its initial inceptions. My work started with completing a Needs Assessment that involved engaging with primary stakeholders, developing a proposal, creating a prototype, and the following up with stakeholder around perceptions of the design. Since then my role has progressed to the Project Leader where my work has shifted towards strategic partnerships, change management, project oversight, and managing a graduate student development & evaluation team now reporting to me on the project.

Student Support• Support students with program planning and adjusting to post-secondary education • Manages a portfolio of students who struggle academically or are whom are registered with a disability• Provides crisis counselling to students while connecting the student to community resources• Supports the Academic Centre for Excelling in the coordination of student academic support sessions• Manages and process all student loan applicationsStudent Engagement• Plan various events to support students in their social and academic development• Implemented St. Peter's College's Welcome Week to support students with transition into university, with goals of minimizing alcohol consumption in initial weeks of the academic year• Oversees the St. Peter's College Student Government and provides insight and support in their programming and developmentMarketing & Recruitment• Developed marketing campaigns to increase awareness of programming and brand.• Plan events to encourage community engagement• Manages St. Peter's College's social media and website
