I'm a hard worker. I give my all to everything I engage in. I am kind. But yet professionally stern in the sense that crew members respect me. The crew knows to take my direction with out them feeling disrespected and they also know that if need be they may confide in me and what ever the situation maybe it shall be handled appropriately and I show them the respect I ask for of myself. I treat my work place as if it was my home and family and in doing so i attend to treat my store like it's my home and family members. Rather I'm on or off the clock I try and pick up and clean where I can. When you decide to make me part of your family then please except my gratitude and also know I'll work my hardest to show you how much I appreciate getting this chance to prove myself.
