The Logistic Coordinator is responsible for booking carriers to cover loads for Instico Logistics customers. This includes negotiating rates to provide maximum profit and still ensuring quality of service to Instico customers. This position is responsible for soliciting new carriers that meet Instico carrier compliance policy. This also includes building relationships with carriers to establish effective lanes that will benefit the customer and carrier.

Establish relationships with customers, receive orders for shipments. Find and vet carriers, track shipment from origin to destination. Create weekly, and monthly statistical reports to help streamline logistical needs and help correct logistical problems. Process invoices and bill customers.

Handled Life Support Customers, Budget Billing Customer, Low Income Customer, Ran Monthly Reports on Data Files coming from the state. Collected on various large sums of delinquent accounts both Residential and Businesses.
