Started my healthcare career as a CNA in a nursing home for 2 years, then I went to a outpatient orthopedic clinic as a physical therapy aide. Then with the help of Athletic Training school I knew that physical therapy was the profession for me. I graduated from the University of Mary in 2011 with my BS in Athletic Training. Then I started PT school in 2012, while working part time as an athletic trainer for mandan high school, and for the university of mary. While also working part time at edgewood vista village at an assisted living facility as a CNA/CMA. I am currently in my 3rd year in the DPT program from the University of Mary I am very interested in outpatient orthopedics as well as geriatrics. With my sports medicine background and my backgrounds in assisted living and nursing homes I know this is the right fit for me.
