Responsible for interviewing and hiring prospective candidates, reviewing quality of work, and providing feedback on performance. - Project Management: Led a six-month research project for optional termination call rights on the entire RMBS portfolio, which led to the discovery of 45% ownership rights as opposed to the original system of record of 15%.
