 Manages the operation and upkeep for 50 desktop computer, 80 laptops, 13 servers and 8 switches. Maintain the whole virtual infrastructure for company from a rotating Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 as well as 13 Windows Servers ranging from (2008, 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022) through VMware vSphere. Currently maintaining 3 domain controllers that communicate across each other and run different features and roles within them from Active Directory Domain Services, DNS, DHCP, and NPAS. Currently manages and maintain our antivirus software called CrowdStrike. Continously monitoring to provide a safe and continuous operation of the servers and endpoint devices. Maintains the Storage of our SAS storage as well as maintaining the SaaS storage of our DR backups Maintains the Veeam Backup Server and manages the backup process of our endpoint devices as well as our virtual infrastructure. Performed migration from an older server operating system to a modern operating system through different methods from field upgrading as well as building a brand-new server and migrating features and processes over from old server. Currently attending Azure administration and maintaining courses Experience in building and maintaining SQL server applications Provide Tier 1-3 help to end-users with hardware issues, networking issues and software issues and also keep all equipment up-to-date with patches, hotfixes and firmware. Manages an MDM server through SOTI One that contains 220 different devices ranging from Lenovo Laptops for DSRs and desktop computers for warehouse personnel, Zebra TC75x devices for our delivery team, Samsung Tablets for our receiving team as well as Thor VM1A and Zebra WT6000/WT6300 devices for our Warehouse personnel.
