After working as a Soccer Coach for over 15 years both domestically as well as in the United States I was asked to contribute the skills I had developed in sales over the years and apply them to a UK/USA based business. In a consultative capacity, I was asked to look at the overall sales strategy moving forward as the company placement and perception with the markets that they operated in. I am also heavily involved in the recruitment of all position within both parts of the business.

Along with a business partner I helped set up UK Career Fairs as a fresh approach to the way that business recruited staff. Concentrating on the telesales and customer service industry we found very quickly that large blue chip organisations vbought into the way in which we were looking to recruit for them.

On the back of the very successful Scottish operation I have been tasked with looking into the feasibility of opening offices in England. This role is a 6 month position and will see me researching into everything from office placement, they way in which the business generates new leads as well as developing strategic business plans for 1,2 and 5 years across the whole business
