My Current Role includes several Technology Services avenues. These include, but are not limited to the following areas: Planning, Assessment, Design, Configuration, Implementation, Product Lifecycle Support, Maintenance Contract, Building Statements of Work for Services related Projects that can encompass multiple other strategic sales groups, such as Storage, Power, Telephony, Lan/Wan and many others. In my 9 years in this position I have achieved all team goals of year over year growth. I have also educated myself in several related industry products, procedures and systems, such as Cisco, Netapp, Vmware, Emc and several others. Without getting too boisterous: I have developed into a jack of all trades in this role and can confidently speak and contribute to any project within the company. Finally, I have supported between 750-1000 internal customers, and Also, have been involved in thousands of services related projects in this timeframe.I'm also very friendly, helpful and always willing to assist and to step up and lead should need arise.

I worked as a pastry chef on the delta queen steamboats for a few years. and then I worked for several cruise lines within the organization to learn, become certified in the culinary arts and to travel the world. I was in charge of the insurance sales and educated council leaders on programs and resources available to them from Headquarters down to the new member level. I created 2 new Knights of Columbus charters during my time with the Knights.
