I have 25+ years experience providing Interim Management services to companies in transitional and/or troubled situations. I assume hands-on management positions at portfolio companies on behalf of private equity firms, investors, or lenders who are looking for rapid and meaningful improvement in companies they control. I have an excellent track record working with Board of Directors, top-level PE firms, and financial institutions in addressing complex management, operational, transitional, and capital restructuring situations.I offer a unique combination of financial and operational expertise across a broad range of industries. In addition, I work very well with management teams in high pressure situations, and can make and implement difficult decisions in consultation with my clients.
