As well as being responsible for delivering consistently high quality creative experiences for students and parents, I am additionally responsible for selling the school and our services to new parents, administrative work and data processing including GDPR. I was responsible for the delivery of an onboard entertainment programme including hosting events and quizzes, socialising with guests of all ages and backgrounds and managing the quality of venues including interacting with all other departments on board to ensure a consistently high quality visitor experience in this highly visible role.I was also an officer on board this ship, making me responsible for the safety of guests. I met this important obligation by managing a muster station and completing courses in crowd management, crisis management and safeguarding. Taking a break from my responsibilities at Perform, I completed a six month emergency replacement contact for PEEL Talent as a Production Vocalist. In addition to performing in ten professional shows - which I learnt to a high standard in less than a month, I also conceived new material such as cabaret performances for the company. Working long and irregular hours I prioritised my workload accordingly to set up the team for success.
