I’m a Registered Liquidator and Lawyer (not practising), formerly working at one of Australia’s leading insolvency and restructuring firms McGrathNicol on large corporate collapses, investigations and Receiverships. I also have a significant amount of experience in the SME sector undertaking Creditor Voluntary Liquidations, Court Liquidations including on the just and equitable ground in the context of shareholder disputes, and Voluntary Administrations. I’ve worked closely with a number of non-bank lenders, credit funds, and distressed M&A and turnaround funds, both within Australia and offshore to identify investment opportunities, monitor deals and create value in distressed and special situations, for both lenders and borrowers. I’m also the Chairperson of the South West Sydney CAANZ Discussion Group.
