Commercial Major Loss & High Net Worth, Hurricane Irma & Maria

Working within the Major and Complex Loss Team based in Cardiff, covering Wales and the South West. Primarily responsible for report writing, billing and fees as well as file management within the Major and Complex Loss Team. I also attend all site inspections and manage lower value Major Losses to completion. My responsibilities extend to cradle to grave Commercial Loss Adjusting overflow of claims between £25,000 - £100,000.

Responsible for handling household claims from first notification of loss until settlement instructing suppliers and external loss adjusters as well as negotiating settlement of low value claims direct with the customer. The role involved using several computer systems to set up claims and issue payments as well as adhering to Client specific processes and philosophies.
