Streamlined the business by outsourcing manufacturing and printing operations.Led the development of a data driven ecommerce Magento platform designed for multi-site expansion. Successfully migrated three homegrown e-commerce sites to the new Magento platform. Fully automated web-to-print, order routing, and fulfillment. Transformed JAM Paper into a data driven online retailer of branded office products, sold through more than 30 e-commerce channels and its own DTC website. Relying on Tableau data analysis, the teams manage over 10,000 JAM Paper® brand items, across 50,000 product listings.Led a full migration from Sage 50 Peachtree Accounting software to a custom NetSuite ERP system. Successfully led the M&A sales process, which culminated in a strategic partnership with the private equity firm TZP Group in November 2021.
