I began my career as a IT Technician at Middleton School District where I first found my love for helping people with technology. After that I went to college and started my job as a Customer Service Manager with Caliber Communications in March 2019. There, I managed sensitive customer information and led process improvements. By developing training materials for new agents, I enhanced training efficiency and supported the team in handling audits and scrubs, which improved the overall accuracy of our operations.In January 2022, I transitioned to a Help Desk Technician role at Madison Memorial Hospital, where I provided front-line support for technical issues across the organization. This role deepened my technical skills, particularly in desktop hardware, client software deployment, and end-user environment configuration. I also managed hardware inventory, tracked tickets to ensure compliance with service-level agreements, and maintained detailed documentation to support troubleshooting efforts.Currently, I am a System Administrator I at Critical Process System Group, a role I took on in May 2023. My work involves troubleshooting system issues, monitoring network and server performance, and coordinating with vendors to ensure optimal system functionality. In this role, I’ve focused on maximizing the utilization of the Microsoft 365 Tenant with E5 licensing, incorporating tools like Intune, Defender, and Entra. Through continuous learning and skills development, including completing the MD-102 course, I am committed to evolving with the ever-changing demands of IT administration.This journey has provided me with a broad skill set in system management, technical support, and customer service, all of which I continue to build upon in my current role to deliver reliable, efficient IT solutions.
