Serve and Smash delivered a successful and popular tennis program for children and adults within South Manchester.What started as taking on a self-employed challenge to become the youngest head coach in the north west at Sale tennis club - which at the time was failing to attract any kind of activity within the local area and offered very limited resources. I was lucky enough to be given free regin and over the space of 3 years turned a failing club into the biggest tennis program in cheshire attracting over 200 repeat participants per week. - Hard work , learning on the job, committing myself to a clear vision and a lot of determination to achieve became part of a fantastic and rewarding period of my early professional life !
