The company is regulated by the FSA.The company has made two acquisitions since the restructuring.

Managing over $500m of Premiums and $2bn of investments on behalf of its clients, Thomas Miller has 550 employees and a turnover of £70m management fees.

Monitored the operations of the company (Regulated by the FSA) responsible for the management of all Thomas Miller's clients' investments and external client assets. During the period, the company established an Isle of Man office, and moved into new asset classes, including absolute return funds and cash funds.Total funds under management exceed $2bn.

Established a robust governance framework over the captve insurer of the Thomas Miller Group.

Chaired Board meetings of the US arm of Thomas Miller, acting as the focal point for corporate governance matters, including the staff pension schemes.
