Kudos to Kristin Cutler for building an incredible business. I was happy to be part of it by helping her set up critical backend operations for Accounting, Legal, HR, and Fulfillment. Uncommon James has a very talented staff and the sky is the limit for this emerging brand.

Andrew Johnson (Andy) is a certified public accountant and has served as chief financial officer (CFO) and controller for Rivals.com, 247Sports, and Pop Culture Media (the parent company of ComicBook.com and PopCulture.com).  As CFO and working directly for Shannon Terry (CEO) and investment bankers, Andy was critical to three successful acquisitions for both the investors and the acquirers.  Rivals.com was acquired by Yahoo! Sports in 2007, 247Sports was acquired by CBS Sports in 2016, and Pop Culture Media was acquired by CBS Interactive in 2018.  For each acquisition, Andy lead all corporate due diligence and then joined both Yahoo! and CBS to ensure that critical business knowledge and operating procedures were not lost. As CFO, Andy was responsible for all of the company’s financial functions, including accounting, tax planning, treasury, corporate finance, budgeting, forecasting, and creating real-time KPIs for all business units. He also was strategically involved with legal counsel and HR.
