To review, catagorise and implement strategies for the reduction of Backlog work scopes for all disciplines on the Alwyn North Platform. Plan and execute manning levels to fulfill the identified roles and tasks for maintenance personnel and vendor requirements.Resourcing materials and monitoring of prolonged timescales against work scopes of 'age' and finding suitable solutions for, or highlight areas that allow others too move these projects forward.
