Andrew is a Partner in Booz & Company and leads the firm’s Government business globally. Andrew has over 17 years consulting experience in Strategy, Organisational Change and ICT consulting. Initially with Coopers & Lybrand, then as a Partner with Ernst & Young Consulting and also with Capgemini – one of world’s largest systems integrators. Andrew is well known in many major Government agencies and in several leading commercial organisations around the world for leading senior executive teams through large, complex change programs. Over his consulting and military career Andrew has been able to combine an excellent grasp of technology with strategic thinking skills. He has a natural ability to build enduring client relationships and to mobilise large numbers of people.Consulting Career (1993 – present)Andrew’s outstanding leadership and management skills, his high personal integrity and his passion for results by delivering value to clients have led to a successful consulting career. His roles have included: - Leading Booz & Company’s Government business globally - Since mid 2006, established a successsful strategic advisory business in Australian Government- Establishing Capgemini’s business in Government in Australia through key wins in Defence, ATO and Local Government. APAC lead for Government for Capgemini- Establishing and growing a cross-APAC Supply Chain practice, and leading development of Consumer Products/High-Tech & Life Sciences vertical for Ernst & Young Consulting
