Responsible for the training & performance of the Feeding, Manure and Ventilation department of service technicians. The role requires being a model technician in all aspects: ability to handle troubleshooting, repair, servicing and installation of robotic dairy equipment and other barn products. Responsibilities extend beyond front-line service to internal support, training and coaching of technicians, reporting to the Service Manager.In the capacity of the T4C Product Specialist, responsible for the training & performance of all service technicians across two departments in troubleshooting and repair of Lely T4C management software and computers. Responsibilities include providing support for technicians and enterprise-level customers, maintaining backup system and creating and enacting disaster response plans to mitigate customer impact in the event of hardware failures. Windows workstation and server administration skills Additional responsibilities include inside IT support and administration: M365 Admin of multiple tenants, all workstation & laptop maintenance and support, spin-up and spin-down of employees, and support, training and troubleshooting as required for all management and staff at WCR. Current project is to migrate ERP (Dynamics GP) from VM to on-premisis server.
