What is the story behind Lowell Herb Co. - How did it all start?We created a product to honor the plant and cannabis culture. We looked at other vices like chocolate, whiskey, coffee and wine... products that have so much love, care, and attention to detail. We loved those product experiences, and wondered why the product we cared about the most came in a plastic bag? It didn’t make sense to us. So we thought, what if instead of prohibition, cannabis had 100 years to develop... what would products look and feel like, what is important for a brand to stand for? We set out to create cannabis products people were proud to own, consume and share.

• Created Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Packaging orders• Created Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Inventory cycle counts.• Created Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Intake of products from Production and Manufacturing.• Created metric system to track order building process.• Stage products in designated area with proper information prior to lab testing• Work with Labs to ensure all products in quarantine are tested. • Established a great working environment with Sales and Distribution to build and communicate with one another to secure deliveries. • Forecasted weekly and monthly delivery schedules for NorCal and SoCal accounts. • Built a trusting relationship with account buyers and intake teams.• Forecast finished products with Production and Manufacturing teams.• Maintain Inventory organization with METRC tags in Containers.• Perform cycle counts on finished goods and quarantine goods.• Thorough understanding of inventory management and production: FIFO, material on hand, market demand.• Create picking sheet with accurate ATS for Sales Orders entered into Lowell Herb Co. Software database. • Perform order fulfillment duties: picking, staging, checking, wrapping, labeling, replenishing.• Ensure complete compliance in building orders to include proper labeling, forms and packaging.• Load/unload Packages for Drivers• Perform other tasks assigned to support and improve the overall operations.• Perform required pre-use inspections of all equipment on a daily basis and complete required reports.• Complete daily, Weekly and Monthly Physical and METRC Inventory reports.• Reconcile any damaged or missing products in METRC system.• Maintain constructive working relationships.• Attend and participate in safety and team meetings.• Perform duties and tasks in a manner consistent with Lowell Herb Co. culture• Supervise a team up to 60 members• Forecast products to be labeled daily, weekly and monthly.

Responsible for explaining and originating the FHA backed Reverse Mortgage program for seniors. Provide a strong relationship with each and every client throughout the Reverse Mortgage process. Ensure complete professionalism and able to create an amazing first experience and atmosphere for the client. Maintain a high level of self motivation and drive working an average of 60 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
