In Sales Development at Adaptive Insights, I was helping to connect business professionals with the solutions they need to take their companies to the next level.

I worked at my family's garden center business through out high school, college and my Ski Industry career. I participated in the planting, growing and care of plants, landscaping and maintenance, sales and marketing utilizing Microsoft Office, managerial duties such as supervising employees, as well as used WordPress for managing our website and Facebook.com for social media marketing.

Supervise the daily operations of the Okemo, Timber Ripper Mountain Coaster. In charge of ten employees as well as general maintenance, opening and closing responsibilities and assuring guest satisfaction.

Supervisor, on a Supervisor team of 5 in charge of around 200 employees and over 20 chair lifts, Directly responsible for 60 employees and nine lifts, from a high speed detach. Quad., to a fixed grip double.

Supervised summer operations on a team of thirty to forty lift operators, scanners and attraction attendants. Summer operations included downhill mountain biking, scenic tours and hikes, weddings and special events and an adventure zone with bungee trampolines, a rock climbing wall and other kids attractions.

Supervised Daily Operations of the Keystone Adventure Point Tubing Hill. Supervised twenty employees, used a Snow Cat. to groom and maintain the tubing hill, performed daily opening and closing responsibilities, made sure operations were smooth through out the day and that guests were happy with their experience.

Lead daily operations of the five acre zamboni maintained ice rink in charge of ten employees. Operations included: Skate rentals, skate lessons, ice maintenance driving a Zamboni, cash register experience and tending a food and alcohol bar. During summer months led operations for bike rentals and lessons and boat rentals.
