Over five years ago I made a hard pivot from helping Governors drive large-scale technology projects to the nascent Human Transformation Management sector. I figured a good way to create change in the world is by helping people themselves change. The corporate world seems to agree in the value of this approach, and I've helped 100+ organizations and thousands of leaders at all levels increase performance and live their lives with greater clarity, purpose and passion. Science-based coaching has made all the difference in the world to me personally, and I'm confident I wouldn't be where I am today without the incredible leadership and performance coaches who supported me.
