I am an experienced Human Recourse Generalist with eight years of leadership experience. I understand the importance of communication and providing accurate information for the employees of the company while upholding company values. In my previous role with UPS, I was responsible for recruiting, staffing, and handling employee concerns in the Lexington Facility as well as Southeast Division of Kentucky. I effectively organized staff meetings and executed hiring plans by fulling the needs of the company within the guidelines of local laws. My recruiting responsibility was to oversee the flow of applicants and their status during the hiring process. I was responsible for analyzing data, clarifying issues with managers and employees, and complying with EEOC guidelines. I became efficient at prioritizing tasks and knowing when to escalate issues. I pride myself on my integrity not only with co-workers but with friends and family. I currently hold an Associates in Arts from Bluegrass and Community Technical College. I am looking to further my education in the future. Throughout my education and work experience, I learned about topics such as labor relations, management, and organizational culture. I feel strongly that my education and work experience provided me with the knowledge necessary to succeed as a People and Culture Generalist. I have a desire to help others succeed, and I see that as a primary goal of human resources.
