- Audit of private limited company- Make judgments about the truth and fairness of an organization’s financial statements and ensure compliances to FRS and IFRS- Appraise information for the preparation of financial and other statements and accounts- Experience in preparing consolidation - Experience in conducting special engagement on revenue and government grant/ scheme (eg : IDA, IRAS)- Audit experience from overseas assignments on review of internal controls and due diligence (China and Malaysia)- Able to plan and supervise junior staffs on audit assignment.- Lead a team and conduct scrutineering audit on AGM for listed companies.- Advise of tax planning and preparation for corporate income tax- Experience in jackpot cash count procedures
