I co-founded bespoke ecological design and planning firm which established regional brand recognition in under three years. When TK.designlab merged with Terra Genesis in 2021 we had completed over 40 projects in 25 states and in four countries. 12 of our projects were fully constructed. We also raised over $500,000 in public grants for municipal projects.Our value as a small design firm was extended through our professional development series: a six-month internship program, qualified as academic credit at the University of Massachusetts, with a customized learning track and capstone project for each intern.All of our former employees and interns have gone on to work at esteemed landscape architecture firms, started their own businesses, or joined the Terra Genesis team.

As a primary crew member for two-acre vegetable incubator farm at Duke Farms, I successfully introduced management practices for meeting organic certification and GAP standards, and co-created the farm and market plans. I also continued my experience in machine and infrastructure maintenance, designing and fabricating custom harvesting and processing tools, implements, and market displays.

As a crew member for the 2015 touring season we successfully executed over 100 events in 34 states in under eight months. Our events ranged grew as large as 250 guests and included hyper-local food and beverage programs. My primary responsibility was the monitoring, upkeep and replacement of all equipment and including the design and fabrication of custom equipment as-needed and on-the-road.Our primary value delivered was bridging the gap between farmers and patrons, elevating the potential for local food systems, and exploring the uniqueness of America's culinary and agricultural landscapes.

Primary crew member and farmer on 112-acre estate, diversified organic vegetable farm, and therapeutic equestrian operation in Princeton, New Jersey.Over a period of two seasons I carried out all tasks pertaining to efficient operation of harvesting and processing systems, maintenance of farm machinery, and management of four weekly farmer’s markets. This extended to include special projects for farm infrastructure, woodland restoration, and a grass-fed pork operation.Our farm crew's primary value delivery was demonstrating that a diversified farm in central New Jersey was both a functional and economical-feasibly endeavor.

Runner and expediter for a 230-seat farm-to-table restaurant. I educated staff and patrons on local food sourcing, organic agricultural practices, and menu programming–being a farmer at Great Road Farm concurrently.Agricola demonstrated how local farmers could support farm-to-table cuisines through cooperative producer networks, dramatically shorten produce supply systems, and bring fresh organic produce to local markets and patrons.

As an two-season intern, I supported the team at Rutgers Gardens–a combined botanic garden and research facility–with landscape maintenance and installation, plant sourcing and identification, and volunteer group coordination.The primary value delivered was seeding the ground for future intern experience, and supporting to the program's educational programming by attending weekly courses through Rutgers SEBS and Rutgers School of Continuing Education.
