I work directly with buyers and planners to write orders for all Walmart US Stores. I work with suppliers to setup and maintain items. I apply distribution to all orders and work with Logistics to ensure all stores have the the correct flow quantities assigned. I run daily analysis to maintain in stock percentages and chase orders quantities from suppliers to ensure product availability.

Worked with suppliers to pay invoice commitments by Walmart. I audited General Ledger Accounts to ensure accurate accounting processes were being followed. I supported internal Marketing and Container Redemption departments by approving and scheduling payments according to budget expenses.

I coordinated staff scheduling, and supported retail staff in daily branch bank operations. I completed daily financial and sales analysis to present to the corporate office. I opened new accounts and was responsible for all customer service follow up for new accounts. I managed branch sales and marketing goals and drove positive results in 4 straight quarters for the branch.
