Tsusho Capital Kenya Limited (in-house financier for the Toyota Kenya Group companies)Duties and responsibilities;• Bank and petty cash reconciliations• Allocation of customer receipts and preparation of vendor payments• Prepare statement of accounts for inter-company transactions• Monitor and reconcile operating/finance lease receivables• General ledger account reconciliations• Filing of VAT and other taxes on itax• Perform monthly physical count for all company fixed assets

Duties and responsibilities;• Processing supplier invoices and confirming they had relevant supporting documents• Processing all supplier payments (both local and overseas)• Resolving disputes from suppliers in relation to their account reconciliations• Preparing assigned schedules and supplier reconciliations• Monthly accounts closure• Ensuring tax compliance and filing of VAT returns• Providing supporting information to other departments including both internal and external auditors• Ensuring all vital documents in the payable’s section are well filed and maintained
