After working 20 years in Loss prevention and for 12 of those with TJX Europe I took the plunge and moved on and into a new role, I took the position of Front of house and risk assessment manager at Tramps Night club ltd that is located in Worcester. After 2 1/2 years in this position I have decided to move on and take the role of Security manager for Severn Security Services. I really enjoyed my time as a front of house manager for Tramps nightclub and I am indebted to them for the skills they have taught me, but like all good things, they must come to an end. I am very much looking forward to my new role and excited to see what the future will bring. I have also previously worked for West Mercia Constabulary as a CCTV operator, loss prevention at BHS, Debenhams, HMV then finishing at TK Maxx / HomeSense. I also work as a door supervisor and had 6 DS Licenses.I have also held a CCTV license, taken part and passed physical intervention courses and also passed an advanced physical intervention and handcuff course, completed a first response first aid level 3 at work course which is valid for 3 years and includes defibrillator training. Valid until September 2024. I have worked at private events and summer festivals in a security capacity.In recent times of COVID I have been working in hospitals, providing security services. This has been a challenging roll, hospitals are not allowing visitors so I have been dealing with upset families, mental health issues and at times just a shoulder to cry on.In the second lock down (January) I moved on lateral flow testing sites to help ensure the safety and well being of staff working at the site, also being the first person the pubic would meet at the site I would help them feel at ease about having the test as for many it was confusing times. I have recently passed food health and hygiene level 2 and currently working through level 3, I am also a personal license holder.
