We have engineers, product designers, project managers, event planners, artists, and many other specialists in different fields.Highlight Accomplishments and Responsibilities:- Oversee and execute financial planning, sponsorship, partnerships, team building and operations of an annual community event that has operated on +$1m budget with +2k attendees- In 2023, we accomplished bringing 1200+ attendees, 3 languages, 190+ speakers, 3 stages, 40+ artists, 30+ sponsors, 40+ partners, 200+ hackers, $100,000+ USD in prizes.

At DoinGud, it is our mission to empower humanity by providing an environment where communities anywhere in the world can collaborate, support one-another, and become self-owned, self-sustained, and self-governed for the purpose of doing good. We are rapidly creating a community-owned NFT marketplace for creators to transparently support the social impact organizations and causes that matter most to them. We evolved from FightPandemics, an altruistic platform created in the wake of COVID-19 that connects people and organizations in need of help with those that can provide it. In fostering these vital connections, we empower communities to respond more quickly and effectively to the crisis.We are a group of humanist volunteers that came together to make a difference and are actively looking for other highly-dedicated individuals to join us.Highlight Accomplishments and Responsibilities:- Raised $5.5m in seed funding and successfully launched NFT marketplace along with +22k Twitter community.- Led team of 50 (including PT and contractors) through the implementation of goal setting and KPI reporting, sprint planning, post-mortem debriefs, and performance reviews- Implemented and executed all accounting, tax, and financial systems including AP, AR, treasury management, budgeting, and forecasting

At Cybee, we empower children to be safe and responsible on the internet by creating an eco-system that places the child in the center. First, we host interactive workshops for parents and educators regarding screen-life balance, social media, cybersecurity, data privacy and cyberbullying. Additionally, we provide fun, engaging workshops for children to develop responsible online behaviors.Highlight Accomplishments and Responsibilities:- Earned a position in the Top 25 Spanish Startups to watch by El Referente- Finalist in the prestigious UNICEF Education Startup competition- Selected to participate in the La Nave 2019 Accelerator program- Conducted successful pilots that demonstrated the platform's efficacy, resulting in an impressive 22% increase in student retention.
