Current- Manage the day-to-day work of North America Sales Ops Analysts
- Create new forecasting and KPI accountability processes for performance management
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Enablement, Operations and Finance leaders to implement new go-to-market tactics powering upmarket growth
- Consult sales leaders to improve business understanding
- Analyze Outreach activities to identify effective sales campaigns
- Effectively manage stakeholders across Sales, Enablement, Marketing, and BDR
