Control a 600 kilometre reverse flow pipeline network enables drinking water to be transported to where it is needed most, from the Sunshine Coast to Greater Brisbane, to Redlands and south to the Gold Coast.SCADA control SEQwater Water Grid• Operate Seqwater’s south east water grid system via SCADA (Citec, Honeywell & Logica)• Provide treated water meeting ADWG guidelines to local governments via the bulk water gravity pipelines, pump stations and reservoirs, from appropriate water treatment plants according to the monthly operation supply schedule • Predict consumption of treated water for dam release to the Mt Crosby weir for treatment• Asses’ mechanical and electrical faults, water leaks providing work orders to the contractors to rectify these faults. • Manage contractors in the field to perform corrective maintenance on the water grid equipment• Monitor water quality facilities and adjust dosing to meet ADWG and report any breaches to water quality personnel• Prepare isolation and de-isolation and operating procedures and carry them out when they are planned. • Manage contractors who conduct routine, preventative and corrective maintenance on Seqwater’s equipment and pipelines and record such activities in a daily log.• Respond to alarms within the grid system and report them to the appropriate duty officer if they exceed operational protocols or there is an incident• Manage and issue permit to works for pipeline isolations and equipment within the water grid network.• Interact with co-workers in a team environment to solve issues with the day to day running of the network.

• Assemble special order trucks e.g. fuel companies fire proofing and fitted other safety equipment to the vehicle, four wheel steer front axle and prototypes such the first B double for Volvo N Series trucks. • Change truck length either cut and shut or cut and extend with the aid of oxy cutting and MIG welding which was then x-rayed.• Fitted and welded the lazy axle to interstate buses and modified chassis for the local public transport company.• Modified parts to specific tolerances for the assembly line.• Fitted modified fuel pumps and larger turbo for power increase before motor was fitted to the chassis on the assembly line• Rectification after vehicle was quality control inspected.• Fitted accessories such as aerodynamic kits, bull bars, turntables, aluminium step treads
