Created and managed production budgets for events, which ranged from $3M to $160M. Approved all production spending. On location in Azerbaijan to produce the Opening and Closing ceremonies for the first European Olympic Games in Baku, June 2015. Established a subsidiary corporation in Baku to partner with the Organizing Committee and contracted local expertise in Legal, Accounting, Tax, Insurance and Banking support. Manage and direct the day to day operations of the project. Hire and direct the Finance & Accounting, H.R., I.T., Procurement and Production Operations departments. Approve all spending and ultimately responsible for the final P&L. Meet with creative and department heads on a regular basis to ensure the project is completed on time and on budget. Negotiated contracts and on boarded 175+ international staff to project location in Baku

Reported directly to the President/CEO and Head of Production to help manage annual 7+ picture production slate and 200+ hours of television programming. Planned and directed all aspects of the organization operational policies, objectives and initiatives to effectively manage the day to day studio operations. Hired and managed Finance, Production Operations and Support (I.T., H.R.) departments. Implemented spending policies which reduced overhead spending in the first year by 20%. Created “bottoms-up” department and production budgets and managed annual revenue.
