I am a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA), achieving a Bachelors in Communication focusing on Public Relations. During my time at UTSA, I organized and led teams to successful completion of campaigns and assignments.I enjoy volunteering and giving back to the community. Building a career that would allow me to interact with my community is a high priority for me.I am highly trained in customer satisfaction and team management. I have excellent communication and customer service skills that can translate into any career opportunity. The customer service industry has taught me how to adapt to ever changing situations, stress management, and the importance of teamwork.
