I'm currently the Consumer Loan Processing Supervisor (credit cards, personal loans, vehicle loans, and home equity loans) at City & County Credit Union. I transitioned into the role after 16 months as a Consumer Loan Underwriter. Prior to that I spent 2 years within the ongoing due diligence (periodic review) department for commercial banking customers under the Corporate Risk umbrella. Familiar with customer due diligence (CDD) and customer identification program (CIP) requirements and other BSA/AML requirements. Prior to that role, I had 7+ years work in customer service, default servicing, and operations within the banking & financial services industry. I've handled multiple special projects in addition to prioritizing workload based on various, competing deadlines. Partnered with management and other departments across multiple roles to initiate policy and procedure changes to enhance accuracy and efficiency of process & procedures. Over 3 years experience with income & expense analysis as a Home Preservation Specialist and in my Underwriting roles. 10+ years combined customer service and hospitality experience through working as a host, bartender, server, shift supervisor, teller, collector, and in loss mitigation.
