I live my purpose everyday: Creating a world where all can thrive. Moving Humanity Forward!I'm an experienced health innovator, medical product manager, and business transformation leader on a mission to advance health equity across systemically marginalized communities and low-resource patient populations by accelerating Corporate Citizenship, transforming health systems, and ensuring access to quality care for all. I aim to work on the world's most pressing health challenges: one day leading social enterprises, nonprofits, and policymakers in instituting lasting socioeconomic , racial, and global health justice—a future CEO-activist turned political leader, galvanizing a movement, unified in their mission, to improve the quality of life around the world! My skillset is at the intersection of my engineering training (design/systems thinking, biomaterials, physiology, R&D), industry knowledge (Regenerative medicine, A.I. Digital Health, Org Effectiveness), and Business Leadership (Global Product Management, Transformational Strategy Execution, Corporate Citizenship). Whether I'm designing and launching an innovative medical technology or building and implementing novel organizations and business models, I thrive in work where I leverage my technical capabilities to create positive impact on people's lives. I have strong values for the union of strategy, creation, influence, and altruism. I have an unquenchable thirst for knowledge, challenge, and legacy. I keep my work fast-paced, dynamic, and human-centered. I specialize in creating enterprise-wide connections to solve difficult problems meaningfully, inclusively, and with urgency--prioritizing relationships as I lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders at all levels. I have a passion for communication, which I weave into every part of my work, from authoring whitepapers, to peer mentoring, to C-suite conversations and strategy articulation. What's next for me? I have the near-term goal to work towards admissions at a top MBA/JD program in the next 2 years. I am looking to further my experience in the world of social innovation, impact venture building, and community health policy--with an eye towards general management!I look forward to broaden my network and form partnerships with current/future leaders and innovators in the medtech, global health, or social enterprise spaces.
