As a marketing student at Towson University, I have gained valuable experience in accounting, customer service, and team management. My most recent role as an Accounting Intern at Suburban Home Health Care allowed me to improve my communication skills while bridging the language gap between English and Russian speakers. In addition, I managed daily journal entries and conducted weekly reviews to ensure accurate records and identify potential savings. I also collaborated with other teams to support marketing and operations functions.As a lifeguard and assistant swim coach, I prioritized safety while providing exceptional customer service to over 100 visitors and 50 swimmers, respectively. I completed rigorous training and certifications to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations, including rescuing adults from rip tide conditions and performing first aid on children. I also established client relationships and increased the number of swimmers by delivering comprehensive schedules and practices for a wide range of age groups.Aside from my work experience, I am fluent in Russian and proficient in various social media platforms and PC applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. I am also certified in Hubspot Inbound Marketing and Microsoft Office Specialist and have received academic awards as a Division 1 student-athlete and team captain for the Towson Men's Swim Team.I am passionate about giving back to the community and have completed over 20 hours of community service for the Special Olympics MD. I am excited to continue developing my skills and making a positive impact in the marketing industry.
