I am an articulate, self-motivated and experienced Senior Mechanical PE in New York State (with active registration). With 20+ years of progressive leadership and innovative, sustainable HVAC design & project management for: Healthcare and Lab facilities; Educational (K-12 & University facilities), Commercial, Residential, Institutional, and Governmental Buildings. I am also an experienced commissioning engineer/CxA. I have commissioned many different types of facilities; including Hospitals, Laboratories, High Rise Commercial Buildings, Day Care Centers, etc. I have recently taken a Green Building commissioning program @ NYU-SCPS for 16 credit hours. Demonstrated Business Development & Marketing skills, with strong oral & written skills, making presentations to prospective clients, & preparing RFP's. Have a thorough understanding and knowledge of the architectural and engineering industry. Good leadership and management of my project teams in staffing, scheduling of work/loads, and budget management control of time used by team members for timely project completions. Attend all client and team project meetings, construction administration (the "muddy boots" guy), timely & accurate shop drawing reviews, answering field RFI's, and properly represent the firm accordingly. I have an excellent background in Automatic Temp. Controls; from designing control diagrams and selecting DDC equipment/controllers, to writing up the sequences of operations for the different HVAC systems/equipment.
