Contracted for Red Hat to work on their LSS team in charge of creating Renewal Packages and researching downsell, I was covering the Commercial segment of Red Hats renewals.

Help customers with starting or changing an existing membership as well as take roadside assistance calls and dispatch drivers. Other Sales duties include:-AAA Members reward credit card- Booking Travel thru AAA services-Renting Cars -Cross Sell existing members to higher tier membership

Answer any and all questions from customers regarding their Blue by ADT equipment and work through Blue by ADT instance of SalesForce to process any returns or cancellations regarding their call, or any questions regarding their account. Be a Knowledge expert for any piece of equipment they have purchased from the company, and submit any additional purchase for extra equipment as asked for by the customer

Working closely with sales team and management, my responsibilities included:-Comb thru Excel books for companies that would make excellent customers for the sales team, through deep research based investigations into the companies gross annual revenue, current projects and services they provide, and any past accounts/orders in PTC's instance of Salesforce.-Work with the Business Analyst to find out which sales cadence is working and what can be done differently to achieve higher lead turnover rates, including building new reports in Salesforce-Submit and assign new leads to sales team based on location assignment, as well as close and clean up any old or duplicate accounts/leads/quotes to ensure the team can navigate Salesforce smoothly

Worked on operations team for the Cisco brand line of business where daily duties included -creating quotes that best fit a customers needs-solve problems in Salesforce with sales teams Opps and Leads or make corrections-updating and closing leads/opps in Salesforce-Use cisco Saas tool to edit and update customer info and orders in quote queue
