Responsible for Business Development and Operation Management of Specialized Rental equipment focused on the Oil, Gas and Mining sector for Australia and USA.

Atlas drilling was part of Titan Energy Group and had 1 rig working in Western Australia and was on the brink of going into Administration when I was hired as General Manager. The previous General Manager had seen the writing on the wall and had accepted another role elsewhere, Very sad to see Titan Energy group go into Administration as they had some very dedicated employees.

Temporary Position to commission and deliver the 2nd Heli rig to PNG out of Houston.

Responsible for the pursuit and delivery of identified growth oppurunities across Easternwell Business. Becoming the customer interface for the pre-contract period. Collarborate with cross-functional teams to draft project schedules, review resource needs and develop plans, Contribute to the development of budgets and cost models, tender documents and technical proposals. Collarborate with team members to build Workover Rig package thoughout the World to deliver and commision in Brunei to hand over to operations team.

Accountable for Easternwell's Coal performance including overall customer satisfaction. Created new revenue streams through introducing Easternwell to new clients and developing them into Contracts. Easternwell Coal was created from the aquisition of a drilling contractor with 5 rigs. I was responsible for the creation of an intergrated coal exploration focused drilling division, incorporating the original 5 rigs, 5 rigs from other divisions and 4 bespoke new drilling rigs to bring contracted rig count to 14.

Overall responsibility and oversight of the restructure of Easternwell's maintenance and manufacturing. Including the consolodation of 5 facilities into one multipurpose facility as well as restructure of personnel (including downsizing). Asset Management- establish a method and system for the monitoring and upkeep of company assets, Sales of surplus assets and facilitated the acquisitions of new assets. Client Services- working from the strong client relationships developed by existing operations and good industry reputation Easternwell, I sought out new opportunities, ranked and graded them, then haded them over to the company's tender team.

Recognised as top sales manager, increasing sales gross profit. Responsible for hiring, training and mentoring up to 40 sales staff. Created and directed sales team training and development programs. Managed vehicle inventory including ordering, trading, selling and auctioning to reduce floor plan.

Working Fly in Fly out rotaion on offshore drilling rigs, maintaining and operating Offshore Cranes.

Set up maintenance facility for complete overhaul of 2 large 1500HP drilling rigs on arrival from the Indonesian Jungle. Oversaw all aspects of facility to deliver rigs on time and within budget.

Working fifo roster I was responsible for the upkeep of all rig site equipment, inaugural team member of Easternwell, involved in the delivery and operation of the Company's first WorkOver Rig.
