I worked for one year and two months within Nissan's EV Battery Plant production for my year in industry as part of my degree.In this time I was the production planner for the entire Battery Plant. Although that was my main job I also helped in other areas such as parts control management. My time at Nissan allowed me to greatly develop the way I articulate and present myself in a professional environment. The exposure and responsibility I was given enabled me to be constantly challenged, this allowed me to truly test myself and work on areas that I'd previously not known I would struggle in.Highlights:- I helped successfully manage the phase out of 30 kw and 24 kw battery production for the 30/24 kw Leaf. - Involved in the management of the start of production for 40 kw battery production for the new 40 kw Leaf.

Enhanced skills in positive one to one interaction with customers, thus improving my communication skills.Showed me how the retail structures managed on a 24-hour basis, developing my business awarenessImproved time management. Especially whilst at university with balancing work life and university work.Worked in multiple areas i.e. on tills, shop floor and even worked late stacking shelves.Working in numerous teams effectively has improved my versatility when it comes to working with different teams, from different cultures and ages.Gained experience working in a professional manor, matured me as a person, thus gaining a better approach to taking initiative in the work place.
