- Perform bank reconciliations: compare bank statements with Kellanova's accounting records, ensure accurate financial reporting by identifying and resolving discrepancies.- Gather and Analyze Data: collecting information from bank statements, SAP payment proposals, and Prime Remittance Advice Reports, and conducting thorough analysis to identify discrepancies and trace numbers.- Consolidate open items: compile and organize all identified open items, providing a clear and consolidated report of outstanding discrepancies.- Provide visibilty and Follow-Up: ensure the Source to Pay team has proper visibility of all discrepancies and provide the necessary information to facilitate the correction of mismatches and follow up on unresolved items.

- Perform bank account reconciliations and follow up on old transactions/orders.- Verify that automatic and manual bank statement imports are performed effectively.- Reconcile debits and credtis of accounts between system and bank statement.- Investigate and resolve the various statuses of transactions/orders.- Carry out month end closing activities related to the bank and the system.

- Journal policy billing.- Stamping of invoices andpayment receipts.- Presentation of annual/monthly statements in the SAT.- Presentation of DIOT in the SAT.- Bank Reconcilitations.

- Invoice daily policies. - Issue invoices.- Issue payroll.- Filling of tax records.
