I sit on the panel to review and give professional feedback concerning new development plan proposals submitted to local authorities in Devon, Somerset and Cornwall for pre-planning application feedback along with a multi disciplinary team of urban designers, planning lawyers, landscape and chartered architects.

Andrew worked as the Associate RIBA Charterd Architect taking the lead in the design for 6 years from concept to detailed design with a small team of 4. Winning 9 awards for design excellence in the East Devon district, Andrew led the design of his projects from sketch scheme through to planning and building regulations and delivery on site to practical completion. Projets included low energy houses, small housing developments, barn conversions, listed building conversions and extensions, nursing homes, environment education and community centres, public buildings, mixed use master planning and town centre urban regeneration schemes.
