Corporate Wellbeing - Work with partners and internal teams (marketing, sales, customer success, legal, and product) to identify and execute joint selling and marketing strategies for driving the most revenue for the corporate wellbeing side of the business - Concept and work cross functionally to deliver integrated marketing campaigns including content creation, email, social, field and virtual events, and webinars- Establish KPIs internally and with partners, and analyze and track results- Oversee the strategy and implementation of partner initiatives, working with relevant teams internally, including marketing, product, technology and business development- Own objectives for sourced and influenced revenue, partner success, and customer retention- Drive partner engagement by understanding each partner type's motivation and goals, and finding scalable ways to regularly engage and excite partnersCreate exciting virtual and in-person campaigns and events for partners

Sales Management- Prospect, manage and organize leads, contacts, and deals in personal sales pipeline- Act as the point of contact for inbound leads to successfully convert them to opportunities- Perform real estate transactions, from lead procurement to closing- Advertisement Creation for lead generation via third-party platforms (Streeteasy, Apartments.com, etc.) - Stay up-to-date with market and industry trends, as well as local real estate regulations- Participate in regular update and planning meetings with peers and company leadership

The following are responsibilities and duties carried out in this position:1. Develop and teach 45-minute classes, including playlist selection and choreography design2. Assist all clients in proper technique and safety 3. Guide Clients toward achieving a healthy lifestyle and in and out of the studio4. Ensure that all clients feel comfortable and encourage them to push their limits and grow stronger as a team during the class 5. Frequently open up the cycling studio, run the register, create accounts for customers, take phone calls, answer all questions about the business

The following are responsibilities and duties carried out in this position:1. Conduct field surveys and institute merchandising POS programs at the Southern California chain level. 2. Conduct administrative assistant duties (i.e. create spreadsheets, organize finances, meeting preparations, ect.)
