As someone who loves to serve and actively listen to others, my skills and interests include recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, leadership, communication, and manufacturing. These interests have influenced my choice to pursue two degrees in Business Administration (BA) and Organizational Leadership (MA). I currently serve as full-time Recruiter for Lippert Components within its building products and transportation division to bring in quality talent who matter as both employees and people. I value quality leadership and mentorship that helps me to utilize my skillsets and further develop them to help the business foster great relationships with fellow employees, customers, and be a force for good in this great community. In addition, I aspire to be a great leader and mentor to help the next generation of professionals thrive by passing along what I learn from leaders in my life today.
