As the founder of Project SWG I have managed this Non Profit Organization's gaming project on a daily basis for over a decade. Whilst this is mostly a hobby project we are a registered non-profit company. Over the years I have managed the direction of the project, found suitable volunteer developers and other talents to assist with the ongoing development and maintenance of the projects day to day activities. I deal with the financial management of the project, managing server resources and costings and paying the monthly bills.As the project is non profit and voluntary I have also been heavily involved in many different aspects of the project beyond the management of it. From building and maintaining the website, to creating most website and promotional graphics and management of social media outlets. Lately I have begun to get more involved with the code itself and have committed a few basic changes to the codebase of the game.

The roles of this job included:-Setting up of automated Planetpress workflows with elements of scripted commands.-Setup daily workflow processes for automation of daily jobs.-Maintaining and updating reporting processes through Planetpress workflow both involving emails and local file reporting.-Troubleshooting and debugging problems in ongoing tasks and existing workflows.-Creating print jobs from scratch by setting documents in Connect Designer.-Using PlanetPress Datamapper to manipulate and re-format data.-Understanding of Postscript and setting Postscript rules such as mixplex, simplex, duplex, mixed stationary types.-Wrote actions to perform automatic scheduled Mailsorts, health checks, PAFs and remove de-duplicates using Cygnus software.-Managed daily submission for Gemma.-Automated submission of jobs to Gemma via command line code.-Basic understanding of Swiftsort software after using trial.-Alter and fix PDF artwork to be printable using Acrobat, Infix and Nitro PDF.-Management, administration and creation of Web2Print jobs on Infigo powered web portal.-Imposition of PDF artwork using Imposition Pro.-Implemented the use of Cygwin and researched shell script commands to fix PDF.-Setup and operation of Falcon scanner and setup numerous jobs to run through it.-Creation of automated workflows to manage scanned files taken from scanner output and pass into OCR software.-Operation of Canon flatbed scanners and use of CapturePerfect software job setups.-General upkeep of Scanner room computers by fixing problems and issues when highlighted by Scanner operators.-Mastered and used Omnipage OCR and its workflow-Setup automated OCR workflows using a combination of PlanetPress Workflow and Omnipage OCR implemented together to create a fast solution capable of converting hundreds of thousands of flat PDF or TIFF scans into a readable PDF format which was used on DSAR jobs.

The roles of this job included:-Perform Mailsorts, health checks, PAFs and remove de-duplicates using Cygnus software.-Imposition of PDF artwork using Adobe InDesign and Imposition Pro.-Create print jobs from scratch by setting documents in Printshop mail.-Maintain and run daily jobs within Microsoft Access.-Created the first semi automated version of large daily job Age Dormant, initially a manual job setup each week.-Alter and fix PDF artwork to be printable using Acrobat, Infix and Nitro PDF.-Prepare, troubleshoot general problems, repair and format data of all formats, csv, txt,xlsx, to make it fit for printing.-Setup of Inkjet jobs using Flexmail
