Advises the Superintendent as the safety and occupational health staff advisor. Administers and evaluates the Safety and Occupational Health Management System including formulation of guidance, directives and policies; integrating deliberate risk management, implementing safety programs; providing oversight and evaluation of Safety and Occupational Health activities involving all assigned and attached personnel, dependents, facilities, military and industrial equipment and vehicles under the USMA and West Point management. Controls mishaps, fire protection and training, promotes safety education and incident analysis.

Advises the Superintendent on information and guidance within Military Equal Opportunity policies, training, diversity, harassment prevention and human relations matters for 4,400 Cadets and over 5,000 military and civilian personnel.

Advised the Future Operations (FUOPS) Division Chief on the planning and execution of staff briefings, working groups and the information management across an executive level staff.

Synchronized and coordinated functions for the protection of strategic assets assigned to the United States European Command (USEUCOM). Managed schedules, projects, and all administrative support programs to include individual training management, leaves, assignments, welfare, and readiness for eleven military and civilian personnel.
