The initiatives delivered cost reduction, customer experience enhancement, and sustainability improvements. Accomplishments: • Collaborated with Suppliers, External Design Agencies, R&D, Product Management, Brand Marketing, Legal, and Environmental and Social Governance (ESG) teams to develop a more eco-sustainable packaging format for direct-to-consumer shipments. • Developed the business case for a new outsourced operating model for UK warehousing and logistics that projected >£800k annual operational savings and 480T / Year less in CO2 Emissions on non-value-added logistics.• Led the network design and formulation of the business case for the transformation of the SDA European supply chain and warehousing. The revised network design reduced the number of outsourced warehouses from 15 down to 2 and delivered: - 4.4M € (24%) Stock Optimisation. - 300K € (15%) Annual Cost of Capital Savings. - 1.2M € (35%) Annual Logistics and Warehouse Savings.A well-controlled handover to operational delivery teams ensured that the project was on schedule and manifested the projected cost savings. -
